I am Didier Dallemagne – and I specialize in Senior International Executive Coaching.

I provide coaching support to senior executives in international organisations (for profit or not for profit) to support them in reaching their objectives by building on their strengths.

My coaching is informed by both a rich business and leadership experience and a rigorous education in executive coaching, a rare combination. I have an accreditation and a MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School (UK) and I have 35 years experience gained in successfully leading large (up to 4bn €) and complex organisations at international levels, including more than 10 years at global level.

This is particularly relevant because it gives me the ability to relate to the wide range of issues the leaders face, and the credibility to propose occasionally to the clients new options to consider, drawing on my past experience. 

I believe in what is now called “Authentic Leadership”: it recognises that there is no single model of successful leaders, and my coaching helps the clients get the best of their natural style.

My coaching is underpinned by my strong belief in people’s potential and in the inherent strengths on which everyone can build. I also believe in the power of building clear and measurable development plans in the course of coaching. 

Having benefited from the support of a great coach at times of difficult decisions, I strive to give the same to my clients.

The focus on my practice is on coaching top executives, but I do have a passion for people development, hence I enjoy coaching young leaders as well. Some of my missions are close to "business mentoring", in which I offer support to leaders in their choices when they face tough decisions and challenges.

 I coach in English, French and Dutch.
