I provide coaching support to executives in large international organisations of the private sector.

My profile is also relevant to international NGOs, especially those who want to partner with the private sector; I have been involved in CSR for a long time, working with prominent NGOs, and leading ambitious industry changes with them; I played a leading role in embedding sustainability in Unilever Foods.

The focus on my practice is on coaching top executives, but I do have a passion for people development, hence I am proud to coach young leaders as well, helping them getting the most of their potential.

I am based in Brussels (Belgium), but the use of videoconferencing (zoom, google meet, etc) allows me to support my clients based in other countries (I currently have clients in 4 different countries).
