My purpose is to "help you find the key that unlocks your potential".
I share my time between my own business in executive coaching, a part-time collaboration with Galilei (Randstad) in career coaching and a position of trustee of The Fairtrade Foundation.
The Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge (UK) gives me the rooting in psychology on which to base my coaching.
I started my career in Unilever Belgium in Marketing, before evolving to General Management, and I operated at national, European and global levels. In the last 15 years I have been leading the Unilever operations in my country, then successively 2 global categories of 4bn€ turnover. In these positions, I have been leading my teams through a large variety of challenges like acquisitions, disposals, creation of new business models and channels, turnarounds, media and operational crises, and creation of new product categories. I also benefited from the rich experiences of operating in joint ventures, of leading Trade Associations, and of collaborating with leading NGOs with which we drove industry-changing initiatives in Sustainability. You can find more details on these positions in my CV.
Empowerment of my teams and delivering through them have always been strong values for me, and I am keen to transmit them.
Having lived in 5 countries, and led teams based in 20 different countries on all continents, my experience is particularly relevant to clients operating in large and sometimes complex organisations with multiple internal and external relationships. In particular, I can support them leading large teams, with multicultural backgrounds or spread across several time zones, which adds to the leadership challenge.
