Didier provided me outstanding support and coaching at a stage of my career when I needed to redefine my professional project with a critical look at my trajectory, my choices and my beliefs. His long experience in general management in a global organisation and his active listening triggered the deep questioning that was necessary and helped me preparing my next professional step. Working with Didier has given me the resilience to follow my life’s passion and also the tools to deftly navigate the organization. I had the pleasure of working with Didier as my coach for one year. Didier has this amazing ability to get you to focus on the bigger picture, while you arrive at an action plan for your development. He guides you through this process effortlessly, and with utmost personal interest in it. His experience obviously mandates that he has a vast knowledge of organisation politics, people's personalities, and strategic issues of the business in general. This combination makes him an ideal combination of a coach and in fact an executive trainer if you like (though not sure if he wants to be known as that).
