My coaching is enriched by the coaching missions of my own practice and of Galilei, but also by my leadership career. I believe that coaching the team and its members is a key part of the responsibilities of a senior manager, and I have given it increasing attention during my career; I also started mentoring managers outside my direct team many years ago. In my last year in Unilever, I operated as internal coach for managers singled out for their potential. Their response encouraged me to set up my own practice after my retirement.
I had the privilege to be coached by and to work with famous coaches during my career, like Philippe Rosinski, who has since published several books on coaching across cultures and global coaching, or Steve Radcliffe, who wrote best selling books on leadership and who helped me create a positive dynamic in my leadership team. I learned a lot from both coaches, and I am still using and sharing many of the learnings gained from them.
I have an accreditation (2014) and a master (MSc) (2016) in Executive Coaching from the Ashridge Business School.
I have supported clients in 10 countries, in 3 languages (English, French, Dutch).
